Passion Never Dies.

Another piece of illustrative work, was to design a film poster.
I chose one of my favourite films, which was the psychological drama/romantic mystery film directed by Paul McGuigan WICKERPARK.

Starring Josh Hartnett and Diane Kruger. This film introduced me to the actress Rose Byrne.

I experimented using Photoshop CS4 on my favourite still of the movie, and was really pleased with the outcome, and would like to do more design work in this style.

Here is the final Film Poster outcome.

Catching up with my blog......

It's been a while since i updated by blog, this doesn't mean i havnt been working though,,,,,it just means i have been extremely lazy with my uploading.

Returning to my illustration work,, i used an exsisiting illustration and turned them into a range of screen prints.

The aim was to show a journey, and i transformed my image to show the journey of my illustration.

a little bit of computer assisted design...

I've given up my hate for photoshop (stubborn-ness to learn) and have started to learn, bit by bit, and i'm actually really enjoying it!

First post, bare with me.

Here is my work, i'm gonna attempt to post it from older work to my most recent work.
These are some of the images I created for my FMP, whilst studying at London Metropolitan.
It was inspied by Linder Sterling and an imagination.

LINDER STERLING.

Corruption of Image
These are images that i created, they were made by burning away sections of the original image, and replacing the burnt sections, with a diffirent image.

These were made using the same technique, instead of burning - i punched holes in the image instead.

These are a back to back image, the second image is what was created when i made the first, - second image purely accidental, but a goooood accident.

Here are the A3 finals, used in the final major project exhibition.
